Things You'll Want to Know:
- Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed or canceled.
- Orders placed after 11AM EST will be processed the next business day. This includes all shipping methods, including 2-day and overnight.
- Because our rugs are made-to-order, they cannot be returned, nor they can be shipped with expedited shipping.
- All other products, with specific exceptions like monogrammed items and bedding, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Monogrammed items can be returned only if there is a mistake made in production.
