RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please reach out to Customer Service at contactus@scoutbags.com. You can start your return here.
Please note that a $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for each issued pre-paid shipping label. A $3 fee will be deducted for any returns processed through a Returns Bar.
