Great tote

Our house caught fire recently and I have used this tote during our transition. It has been great. Love the room and the way Chet’s!!

Strap broke already :(

I bought this last spring for school (I’m a teacher) and one of the straps already broke. Also, the straps are on the short side and can be uncomfortable to carry so I added padded grips. Now I have to figure out a way to repair the strap. For the price I paid, it should have lasted longer. I didn’t put THAT much in it!

Best bag!

I have used this bag everyday for 8 years. It still looks great and I've had zero issues! I will continue to buy Scout bags, they are simply the best!!

Have not received

Have not received my tote. It was shipped to my grandson on the other side of the US. The shipping company you use, SHOP, picked up an address from a previous order from another company. I immediately tried to contact Scout but due to the holidays you were closed and I was unable to stop the shipment.

Q: Is there anyway to get this bag with longer straps? I love it for the pool but I’m hate how I can’t get it on my shoulder when it’s stuffed with supplies.
