Depending on your location and carrier volume, standard shipping can take between 2-9 business days for your package to arrive (does not include holidays and weekends).
Please note, orders placed after 11AM ET will be processed the next business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including Expedited and Express. We do not process or ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
We cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please reach out to Customer Service at contactus@scoutbags.com. You can start your return here.
Please note that a $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for each issued pre-paid shipping label. A $3 fee will be deducted for any returns processed through a Returns Bar. Refunds will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
