This item is made of ALL-DAY TWILL INSULATED. Our lightest weight fabric is made to go the distance all day, every day, season after season. This durable, foldable fabric weighs almost nothing so you can carry everything without getting weighed down. This item features a wipeable, food-safe, insulated liner to keep items cool/warm (ice packs recommended).

Depending on your location and carrier volume, standard shipping can take between 2-9 business days for your package to arrive (does not include holidays and weekends).
Please note, orders placed after 11AM ET will be processed the next business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including Expedited and Express. We do not process or ship out on Saturdays or Sundays.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please reach out to Customer Service at contactus@scoutbags.com. You can start your return here.
Please note that a $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for each issued pre-paid shipping label. A $3 fee will be deducted for any returns processed through a Returns Bar. Refunds will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
