This week Deb travels to the serene mountains of Western Massachusetts for a fall-y Berkshires wedding weekend. With Deb’s smart flair, the recent autumnal energy, and a little SCOUT product, Lenox, Massachusetts certainly gave Halloween-town a run for its money and Salem was left shaking in her pointy witch boots. Now, hop on our broom and come fly with us to a delightful peek into fall (almost)!
Deb checked into The Whitlock, a quintessential inn that manages to be welcoming, luxurious, and cozy all at once. The largest of the three inns in the Lenox Collection, the Whitlock is located in the heart of Lenox, MA. Our newest 3-in-1 puffer travel bag was the ideal carry-on companion with room for all her toiletry, jewelry, and cosmetic bags in tow. The Triple Advisor stows effortlessly underneath seats and provides ultimate squish-ability among testy overhead luggage compartments.
As fall has officially made herself known in the Berkshires, Deb was thrilled to see leaves beginning to colorize and flowerbeds blooming with autumnal hues. She couldn’t help capture SCOUT amidst backdrops of iconic “cottages” and the first stages of fall foliage. The Large Package in our newest pattern additions for fall, Falling for You and SCOUTolantern, made a debut in Lenox as well. These patterns were giving cutesy and demure all over town as Deb toted them to cafes, bodegas, wine and cheese shops, and various boutiques. And, check out the SCOUT (we did not bring ourselves!) at Lenox Integrative Pharmacy. We love to see it!
As you can see and imagine based on Deb’s fabulous photography, the boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and community of Lenox give off a completely natural, relaxed, and understatedly chic appeal. With the soft glow of warm neutrals, there is a sense of natural elements being curated to new levels that almost transport you to another world. The Berkshires feel as though fall is forever, and everything smells like a Yankee candle. You know all the blankets are super soft, never scratchy, in the Berkshires.
The Sunday Scaries are probably insurmountable when departing this idyllic, bucolic paradise, however, Deb managed to keep it positive by exploring the elegant offerings at the Albany airport. Obviously, a snapshot of the luggage display was needed for inspo and whatnot. We can’t help but adore these creative landscapes constructed inside stacks of luggage telling the story of travel!
